Our Team

Jake Brecheen - Founder / CTO  

Jake Brecheen launched Confluence Security Group in 2011 with a commitment to solve the security, safety, and operational problems that others could not.  Since that time, Jake has grown CSG into a national IT/Hybrid Security Integrator that specializes in Critical Infrastructure Protection.  At CSG, Jake is responsible for developing enterprise physical security technology initiatives and comprehensive risk management strategies for Critical Infrastructure Facilities.  Prior to forming CSG, he spent a decade as the technology driver behind the design and deployment of cutting-edge physical security and communications solutions for high-value asset government facilities, with the predominance of his experience coming from the US Nuclear Weapons Complex sites and National Laboratories.

Dan Zwinck - COO

Dan Zwinck manages the design, development, and implementation of highly complex Command, Control, and Communication (C3) systems for Critical Infrastructure and all other facilities.   Dan has over a decade of experience as a specialized project engineer and project manager with a focus in complex network architectures for physical security systems at Critical Infrastructure sites.  Prior to joining CSG, Dan managed the deployment of a communications and security solution for USAF ICBM sites.

Jason Moore - Director of Systems Integration

Jason Moore is responsible for the integration, configuration, and support of C3 systems for Critical Infrastructure facilities.  Jason specializes in enterprise PSIM implementation in complex and secure network environments.  Prior to joining CSG, Jason worked for a decade designing and installing electronic systems in various environments.

Martin Rahmani - Vice President of Business Development

Martin Rahmani drives the development of business partnerships and leads all sales and marketing efforts.  Martin specializes in complex solution sales of C3 solutions and AVERT Vulnerability Assessments for Critical Infrastructure facilities.  Prior to CSG, Martin spent 7 years selling network and security systems to government, and enterprise commercial facilities.
